I have known Ono Corp International for approximately 2 years and first met them in discussions regarding provision of car finance mis-selling leads in late 2022.
Ono Corp approached the relationship in a win-win manner which was not typical of many operators in the CMC sector. He used his professional network to share information and introduce Crystal Clear Law (CCL) to several helpful and useful contacts, including a funder whom we were not aware of. This introduction lead to our firm securing vital funding for this product.
Subsequently, Ono Corp International became a lead provider to CCL. They worked hard to ensure leads matched our technical and quality criteria. They provided leads in volume and we were very happy with the relationship. Where ‘issues’ arose, as they often do in lead supply, Ono Corp dealt with them correctly and this built trust.

In mid-2023 we explored their Zimbabwe outsourcing capabilities which resulted in setting up a small team of fee earners. These individuals were supervised locally which assisted day to day management although they were ultimately supervised by our COLP. We found the Zimbabwe team to be keen and willing to learn the product, our processes and culture.

We grew the team to 10 FTE by the early part of 2024 in response to the growth of our claim pipeline.

I wholeheartedly recommend the services of Ono Corp International who we partnered with for comprehensive legal support on financial claims. Over a period of 12 months, we had the privilege of working with a robust team of approximately ten legally qualified paralegals who provided invaluable assistance to our UK team.
